Environment / Configuration settings file generation utility

During the various exercises and challenges, we use a starter .rbg file(ex:- for VEX IQ) from the CS2N learning tracks chapter summary, , that has the information regarding the motors and sensors which are plugged into the different ports, and other information..

Which utility do you use to generate the files?


  • RBG files can be created through ROBOTC. In the File menu, you can see "Save as RBG". It will walk you through the different options you have once you select it.
