Motor Speed - Max and Min Values / Hill Terrain / Climbing Stairs

1. When we define values for Motor speed in terms of Percentage %, what is the max motor power % allowed, [My first guess is 100%],
2. If the robot has to encounter, hilly terrain, can it exert more power , higher than 100% in order to climb up the hill ?
3. Can this robot be programmed to climb down the stairs or UP the stairs with a different configuration of wheels / attachments?

    2. Since 100% is the higher amount it can exert, you will want to give it a smaller value in order for the robot to make up for the amount to overcome the hill.
    3. Yes, absolutely. However, that is a mechanical challenge and would require some ingenuity in the design.
